Front And Centre Speakers Not Working

My Denon 2309CI is 6 years old and all of a sudden the front and centre speakers are not working. The system is set up as a 5.1. I have tried all inputs, DVD, Cable Box, Tuner, and CD, and the problem is the same. I checked the speakers with my upstairs NAD AMP and they work fine. For some strange reason all sound is being output by the surround speakers.I have played with the settings but to no avail. Should I try a factory reset to see if that will solve the problem? Any other suggestions?Thanks, Frank

First Checker your speaker connections ans setting of the AVR. If everything is normal then immediately inform the service center.
