Problem With Turning On,power Button Just Flashes
i have a problem with my dell s2340lc flatsreen. the screen has turned off and can no longer get it back on. the power light just flashes i am currently using a 12 volt adapter cable could that be the problem.

Please follow the steps below and check if it helps:
- Increase brightness & contrast controls via OSD.
- Perform monitor self-test feature check.
- Check for bent or broken pins in the video cable connector.
- Ensure that the correct input source is selected via the input menu.
- Run the built-in diagnostics.
