'nx' Feature On Dell Gx270 Bios 2.7
Will Dell Optiplex GX720 with BIOS 2.7 supports "NX" feature. this NX support feature is a must to upgrade to Windows 8 OS. As per Dell site, there are no higher BIOS upgrades for GX270.

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Dell OptiPlex GX270 A07 System BIOS supports Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Microsoft Windows XP as per the description on Release Date: 7/21/2006.
However, I am unable to confirm if it supports the 'nx' Feature. If you are really interested in using windows 7, I would suggest you to try to install Windows 7 with the basic hardware requirements and verify if it works.
