Dell Inspiron N4030 Stopped Working Suddenly.power On Switch Is Not Responding.

dell inspiron n 4030 one year old stopped working suddenly today.it was working absolutely fine until then.now even the power on switch is not responding.battery charging light also not lighting up.

Hi,

To begin with, remove the power cable, battery and disconnect all peripherals, then hold the power button for 15-20 seconds and put the battery and the adapter back in and start the computer, which may fix the issue.

If the computer still doesn’t come up, Remove the Battery from the Notebook system and try powering on the system using only the AC Adapter.

Please ensure that the Power Led on the AC Adapter is lit to ensure the functionality of the AC Adapter; also please try a Know Good AC Adapter if available.

If the computer still doesn’t turn on, then would suggest going for a system board replacement.
