Based on my research, the available driver software for Dell Inspiron N 4030 is not compatible with Windows XP Operating System. The available driver software is compatible with the following Operating Systems.

Windows Vista 32-bit
Windows 7 32-bit
Windows 7 65-bit

All the available driver software for these Operating Systems can be downloaded here:
