How To Reset Bios Diagnostics Password

taking the cover off an removing jumpers didnt work what else can I do? Cant find my windows vista reboot cd \

Page 144 discusses the CLEAR_PW jumper which is used to clear the BIOS password.  It has no other funtion.  Make sure to follow the steps outlined in the manual.  You can also remove th BIOS battery.  This will clear the BIOS but will not clear the password.

If the CLEAR_PW jumper is not working you may need to hack the BIOS.   Try one of the factory default back-doors noted here:  www.biosflash.com/e/bios-passwords.htm
