Hi tanpram,
I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. There are two methods you could try to resolve this:
Method 1:

Method 1:
- Turn the printer off
- Disconnect the AC power
- On your computer
- click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Click Printers
- Select the Dell Printer
- Uninstall it
- Restart your computer
- Turn the printer on
- Allow the computer to reinstall the device-device for the printer.
- Print a test page.

Method 2:
