Return Of Receivers
How do we obtain boxes for return of three receivers and remotes for an account that has been cancelled - Lisa G. Pickens, 817-478-4605. Please reply to Lee Pickens at [email protected] I am Lisa's father. She is severely handicapped and cannot handle the return. I have the units and would like return boxes sent to: Lisa G. Pickens, 1609 Catalina Bay Ct, Granbury TX 76048-1464

If you have cancelled your direct tv account; they will have Fed X deliver the boxes for return to you. You then contact Fed X for pickup and they come and pick up the boxes and that's it. I just received my boxes for return today & they have the return label supplied inside the box. Good Luck!
