Hello I Have A Problem With The Canton Dm50 ...

...hello i have a problem with the canton dm50 ... when i turn on the soundbar after a period of time it mutes, this problem then repeats itself at a distance of about 1 min..sometimes I solve it simply by switching off..i ask if there is a way to do a factory reset in the canton? I don't know how to solve the problem anymore, I read that several owners of the canton complain about this problem ...
