Hi! I Need Help With My Dm 50 Sound Bar. It Won't Stay On, And Cuts Off Af

I need help with my DM 50 soundbar. It will turn on for a few seconds and then completely turn off. I cannot get it to work at all. What could be the problem? Could there be a short involved? I miss having that great sound!! Thank you,, Sincerely, Evelyn Latture

Check the cables or speaker wires used for the connection between the subwoofer and the main unit. If possible, try to replace these cables to isolate the issue. Also make sure the unit is connected directly to a working AC outlet instead of an extension cord or power strip. After verifying these connections and settings, turn on the subwoofer. Check the volume level of the subwoofer. Start at a low volume and gradually increase the volume to determine if the subwoofer is working. If the issue persists, you may reset the system by pressing BASS +, VOL -, and TREBLE + on the remote in that order within three seconds.
