Printer Not Working And I Have This Message On The Screen '***download Mode***
printer not working and i have this message on the screen "***download mode*** waiting ".I reinstalled the drivers with original disc, same issue remains. I downloded latest drivers from Canon USA for the correct model, same issue still remains..... don't know what can I do to fix this. please help!

This is normally serious and often a service issue. If you are still under warranty, contact Canon for a failed-in-warranty claim. Otherwise, you can try Justanswer.com/canon for some possible reset walk through prior to a scheduling service for it.
