Stopped Printing/amber & Green Lights Flashing Intermittently
Error message said to disconnect from electricity--did that for 10 min. Reconnected but no change. What to do?

Plug the power cord into the left side at this stage.
Make sure that the POWER lamp (B) lights green.
• Do NOT connect the USB cable at the back of the printer, then connect the other end to the wall outlet. Turn on the printer (A).
