Printer Is All Plugged In But It Still Says Its 'offline'?

Hi. You can navigate to Control Panel > Printers and devices > right click the Canon model and click properties > see if you cannot set it back 'online' from there
may be facing compatibity issues - Download and install the driver that matches your Operationg System version from here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/printers_multifunction/office_all_in_one_inkjet_printers/pixma_mx532#DriversAndSoftware

I assume its connected using USB and using Windows. Go to Printer and Devices, Right Click on Printer and see if the Offline option is checked. Check under device manager if you can find USB Printing support. If device Manager does not show this the printer is not detected. You might have to replace the cable.
