U052 Error
My MP810 had this error, I changed the blinking cartridge Cyan even though it was full. Still errored. Powered on and off. still error. Next morning I cnanot even power on unit. Now what?

As for the product's inability to power on, pull out the power cable from the wall outlet for 20 minutes. Im afraid you will be having a mechanical failure should the latter be to no avail.
