Why Won't My Printer Print?

On power up, the green power LED flashes. We only use 62mm wide continuous label media, which is already inserted. The display reads: "Please insert 29mmx90mm !" Upon pressing any button, the display reads "printing" for a second, then returns to previous display message. Please advise.
