My Boss Bv9963i Touchscreen Is All Blacked Out.
There is no picture on the screen .how do I fix the problem?

Open it with a pdf reader > input 'No image' without quotes in the search field and hit enter for the No image section of it. Also retry a fresh wirring with the held of the same doc and observe. Unfortuanately, this may also be owing to a machenical failure calling for service.
