Password Reset Link Is No Longer Valid
hello,
i forgot my new password. To reset my password i used the page blacberryid.blacberry.com/bbid/recoverpassword. I was sent an email met a link for the new password. i klik on the link en get the messega " this link is no longer valid".
I did this several times but each time this was the messege. So i can not reset my password.
do jou know the solutions?

This is the cause, your link is showing invalid...
follow the steps and you may get to right page..
