The Model Is Bernina 830 Record. The Foot Pedal Works Only Sporadically.
This foot pedal problem has been going on for years and when taken to be fixed, it works at the repair shop. Does not work at home, a whirring sound comes from the pedal. Was "repaired" over a month ago; also the little wheel inside the big wheel that needs to be disabled to wind a bobbin is extremely stiff, hard on arthritic hands. Please help! Thanks.
