Where Is My 830 Machine?????
My new 830 machine hasn't worked correctly since we bought it. The dealer couldn't fix it and sent it to Bernina per my request. In April it was sent and Bernina doesn't answer my emails, telephone calls at all. I need my machine returned in working order.

Sorry for your problems. If you got no response to your phone calls and emails, the best next step is complain to the Illinois Attorney General at 217-782-1090. FYI, the company is
