My Asus X202e Freezes Up After Being On For 20+ Minutes And
its usually in excel. It could be getting hot.
Is this a question of cooling the thing/ ofmemory issues, or what?

Based on my experience, this issue is commonly related to the overheating of the CPU or Processor. The CPU has its own protective mechanism like shutting down if reached a certain level of heat. I suggest that you seek a computer expert to check out your computer's CPU.
