Aptio Setup Utility Problem

Hello, I have a Asus Zenbook UX31A that came with Windows 7. Everything was working fine then suddenly today when I tried to turn it on it seems stuck in Aptio Setup Utility Version 2.14.1219. When exiting (by pressing f10 or esc), Aptio Setup Utility just pops up again. Could you please help resolve this issue? I have many valuable documents in this laptop

Sounds like the issue may be the hard drive that you will have to send the unit in for service. What you can do is take your notebook to a technician to remove the hard drive and install into another computer so you can save your important things. We will have to reload the OS or replace the hard drive.
