How To Open Sata In Motherboard?

If you are referring to the Sata ports on the motherboard itself, you will have to have it replaced
If you are referring to changing the SATA mode in the bios, you will have to go to advanced settings.
If you are referring to the plastic piece on the back, you will have to get the end of a paperclip and push the hole in the center inside the SATA port to remove the plastic cover on the back.
