What Is The Water Temperature For The Settings?

I'm having a problem with warm and cool water temps. The tech says that warm is only 80 degrees but this definately feels cold.  Cool and cold are the same.  When I first got it temp was perfect.  Now they don't know what's wrong.  The thermastat was replaced.  It made no difference.  Does anyone know the actual temps for each setting that is measured by computer?
