Amana Washer Ntw4700yq1

Amana Washer NTW4700YQ1 runs through a cycle then starts again a new cycle ,,, the starter button seems like it's pushed in, not sure if that has anything to do with anything.

Make sure the extra rinse option is not turned on. This issue may also lie with the water temp control. Also, a defect timer can result in this.
