Cant Set Alarm On My Alcatel A382g.it's Stuck On Default 12:00

Using menu, go to Alarm. egkrHit "ok." Pre-set times come up. Use up or down arrow keys to select times you want to change. When selected time is shaded, push the "ok" button. Then type in numbers for new time you want. Include a 0 in front of a single digit number (e.g. 07 30 a.m.). Hit left soft key to save.
