Settings For Incoming Text Message Notifications While On The Phone.

Hi, I have a straight talk Alcatel One Touch Sonic LTE and I just got it recently because my Galaxy SII stopped working. I had this problem with my galaxy but figured out how to shut it off..but now on this phone I can't. I called straight talk and they had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. So this is the problem. Whenever I am in the middle of a phone conversation and I get a text message, in the background of the call, over the voice of the person I am talking to, I can hear my SMS notification ringtone to the point where it drowns out the persons voice and we have to stop talking and wait until it stops playing. Do you guys know how to shut that setting off? Thank you. Kara Oyer
