Laptop 'stuck' On Startup

Hello. I have a problem with my laptop. the symptoms are: No "press f2 " sign on startup with ACER screen. (presing F2) couses only a sound noises. I dont have D2D recovery and i cant start win 8. (error 0xc00009e) I`ve downloaded Hiren boot cd but i cant manage to louch boot order menu either.
