You can download all current drivers from here: http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/tm_210.html

For system cleanup I recommend that you run CCleaner. It can be downloaded from here: http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER. It's free and works very well.

Restore to factory settings could mean numerous things. I don't think you really need to do that but you can reset the BIOS at bootup. On the next reboot the system will redetect the devices but this is normally only done if there is a problem being fixed.

These are simple functions. Sometimes, getting help means paying for repair. If you are lost, pay a tech. Even these simple functions, if done incorrectly, can make things worse.
