Aspire X3995 Is Running Slow All Of A Sudden

When i bought this computer it was pretty fast and it could run many programs at once but now it can't even run 2 programs without spazzing out. Specs: Processors: Intel core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30 GHz RAM: 4GB System Type: 64 bit operating system Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7470 2GB

These are simple tips that you need to perform if your computer is running slow.
