Asrock 890gx Extreme4 Too Old And Cant Get Into Bios

I have been having issues occasionally with this AS Rock890GX Extreme4 for years now, but I only notice it when I need to access bios (nearly impossible). I try rebooting and hitting f8, f11, f2, delete - I cant get into it. I think it is out of date. WHat can I do? Thanks
