Do not lose recovery disc

When I backed out my computer using the recovery partition it forgot to completely install Vista and I had lost the recovery disc. So when I call the number on the computer, and the number was disconnected and so i called the operater to get the number I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and when they i asked me how long ago did i buy the computer i guess and said 5 years ago and then he replied that i actually bought it in 2007 so he couldn't send me the disk. Luckily i found the disk and everything is fine now, but if you have to use emachines tech support when the ask how long ago did u buy it, tell this U ALREADY KNOW WHEN WE BOUGHT IT BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME WHEN I BOUGHT IT!!!!.
