W3609 Processor Upgrade

I SEEN YOUR TIP FOR PUTTING IN A INTEL DUAL CORE 2 CPU IN PLACE OF THE CELERON FOR FASTER PROSSESING BUT IT JUST SETS THERE AN RUNS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.
