I Can Only Read In My Mac Pro
This has happened after I formatted my WD3200ME- 01 in my friends windows 7. I can do nothing but only Read the folder inside the HD. I can't paste thing inside. Help please....

It sounds as though the HD was formatted using NTFS, which the Mac OS will read but not write to. If you do a google search of "windows formatted drive on mac" you will find several resources which will show you how to make it work on both OS's and/or attempt to correct the issue as it stands now.
