Voice Mail Notifications

After a recent power outage I am no longer receiving voice mail notifications from Spectrum. They said I need to get instructions from Uniden on how to restore my voice mail notification indicator light. Can you help?

By notifications I assume you mean the message icon on the phone's display. Uniden controls that. Use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/uniden. Without any notification, you can still check for messages through Spectrum: You'll know there's a new message by an audible signal when you pick up the receiver. Then sign in to Spectrum, and after signing in, go to https://www.spectrum.net/voice/.
