Dvd Stuck

I've had this player several years. For first time, the DVD won't come out. What to do?

The common problems of DVD ROM devices are the sticking of its internal parts. The best thing you have to do is to force open the DVD ROM. Located the small hole somewhere in the front of the device. Grab a sharp pointed pin and insert it into the whole. The DVD should come out even if without turning on your computer system.
