Is There A Reset Bios Password Disk???

I NEED the RESET BIOS INFO!!!

No, they do not provide such things to avoid people steaing laptops and resetting them.  Usually you need to send it in to have it reset.  That is what Toshiba recommends. http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/items/faq/299

That being said, most systems have a reset jumper or 2 solder pads you can short to reset the password.  Sometimes you can remove the BIOS battery and let it sit and or short out the battery holder contacts (with the main abttery and power out of course)
