Start Up Problem On Toshiba Satellite M505-s4940

i upgraded my toshiba satellite m505-s4940 from windows vista to windows 7 and i have to start it for about 3 to 4 times before it will boot. all drivers have been installed. can you please help me

There might be a problem with installation files of your Windows 7 operating system. The system basically cannot access some files which are needed in the boot up process. Unfortunately, the best solution for this is reinstall your operating system.
