Lines Across Screen
screen has lines moving across it and picture isnt clear

Lines in your Toshiba 57H84 screen indicate dead pixels. Remember that your LCD/TV is made of millions of dots of pixels. Once these have worned out, it displays unusual lines in some parts of the screen. The other symptoms are also the dimming of the entire screen.
