You have to troubleshoot your phone in order to determine if it is the phone or the service which is not properly working.

troubleshooting steps:

Make sure you have 3 signal bars

Uncheck and recheck data enable

- settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks (or data usage)>data enable

Check if the available space in your phone is enough

-settings>storage

Turn off your phone and back on

If it is not working call your carrier for further troubleshooting steps
