How To Increase # Of Rings On Straight Talk Home Phone Service

straight talk home phone service only rings three (3) times prior to rolling to voice how do I increase # of rings?

I got this answer from Straight Talk customer service.  The wait time before going to voice mail is 30 seconds and can not be changed.  On my phone that is 5 rings.
