How do I reset my parental lock on my tv kdl 32m3000

Try using code 0000 to see if that works. If it doesn't, then I would recommend power cycling the TV to restore settings back to factory defaults.
Turn the TV off, unplug it and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in, turn it on and then reset settings back to factory defaults.
