How Do You Change The Tuning Interval On A Sony Cdx-m10?

How do you change the FM tuning interval on a Sony CDX-M10? Apparently the unit is 50kHz/200kHz switchable but I cant find out how to do it. It is currently on 200kHz but want to change to 50kHz as 200kHz mises the stations I want to tune to.
