Unit Doesnt Turn On.

The unit doesnt turn on. It has been working great. I live in a hot humid place, and have to drain the water tank on the unit  on a regular basis. Normally if the tank is full the a/c unit it wont run. I tried draining the tank, and also cleaning each filer in the front. I've tried the test/reset switch on the units power cord, and that isnt the problem either. Can you help me? Thanks Tyler [email protected]
