How To Fix Samsung Microwave E 13 Error Code

E-13 T1 Max time error (oven did not preheat properly). PCB assembly. This can be due to improper power line voltage, a failing thermistor, a bad damper seal, or possibly a bad control circuit board. I would first verify proper operation with the manual, then if it still acts up I'd contact Samsung support. But really if it's out of warranty and works okay otherwise, it may not be serious to worry about.
