Samsung Galaxy Exhibit Sgh T599n Can't Swipe Not Responding To Touch

Phone isn't responding to touch so I can't swipe to unlock screen

Mine did this. I put it in the freezer for about 5 - 10 minutes and it worked. Battery will be very low after this until phone warms.
