Twice In Two Months(two Identical) Total Phone Failures Of Samung Sgh-t139

And they were two diffent phones. My original and its replacement. T-mobile was helpful and pleasant, but could not explain and only offerred replacement on the first phone. They verified my battery abd simm card as okay, said it couldn't be the charger which was the only other common element What gives? Is this suddenly a new problem dueto a software glitch? Is this shades of things to come with the pending merger? Nothing could be more inconvient than the simplest of phones failing twice, completely, within 60 days. paul b thomas ([email protected])
