How To Do A Hard Reset On A Samsung Comment 2 R390

Try doing this; power your phone on when it`s done booting up type in 14735913580 this should take you to test mode then type 037, then 027 to rebuild phone will restart. Type 14735913580 again, and type 022 it will then show you a number type 00000 and press the center key to save then type 002. The phone will reboot again. Now you will need to reprogram the phone. To reprogram press ##626* then press 587846 for the code MDN is your phone number the MIN you will have to get from your service provider SORRY!
ANd the SID is left alone hang up and this should reset your phone. Good Luck.
