Keyboard Not Functioning.

I recently started to have issues with the display on my samsung laptop, model code np350u2b-a01us, but when I did a restart, I was unable to do anything but use the touchpad, to include being unable to access the BIOS, and upon a hard resart, unable to start windows in safe mode as the enter key and arrows don't function either. I tried the virtual keyboard, but the display cut out, as if it had jumped over to a non-existart monitor. I have had no luck with any of the techniques prescribed by any website I have found. Any suggestions for a fix?
