Most likely scenario is you have had a paper jam which left a piece in there or the switch assembly on the bin has jammed up indicating that it is full when its not. Look at the switch and see if it has stuck. It could be advantageous to remove power from the printer and leave for a few minutes and restore power to see if the printer has reset.

If its not a mechanical problem you may need the help of an engineer.

The output tray is full.

Remove papers fromthe output tray, theprinter resumesprinting.
