Samsung Hlt6176sx/xaa

Your Question I have a samsung hlt6176sx/xaa . All 3 lights are blinking in front of tv after it shut off while I was watching tv. I pulled the bulb and it is in clean perfect shape. I tried putting it back in the tv and still same problem. How do I know if it is the bulb or the fan or something else. the bulb is not black or damaged or dirty. It is 3 years old but looks fine.
